In Year 1, we laid the foundation: learning what it means to walk in koinonia, real fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Now we build on that. Year 2 is about taking everything we discovered about our connection to Jesus, the Father, and the Spirit — and letting it become even more real, even more woven into daily life.

   Here’s the truth we’ll be leaning into: God isn’t something we observe from a distance, like a spectator watching a screen. He’s present and active, and our relationship with Him is meant to be interactive — through pictures, dreams, visions, spiritual discernment, and prophetic moments, around the clock, every day of the year. We’ll dig into what Scripture means when it says our spirit is joined with God’s Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17–19), and we’ll practice actually living from that union, not just believing it exists.

This year also opens the door to something new: dreams. Here’s something most people don’t realize — every single person dreams for at least an hour and twenty minutes each night. The dreaming isn’t the hard part. Remembering it is the skill we’ll be building together.

Samuel’s Mantle – Year 2

Go deeper. Live from union with God.

Year 2 of Samuel’s Mantle is designed for graduates of Year 1 who are ready to move beyond understanding the principles of fellowship with the Holy Spirit and begin living from that reality every day.

In Year 1, you established a foundation in koinonia—authentic fellowship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Year 2 builds upon that foundation by helping you cultivate a lifestyle of ongoing communion with God, where His presence becomes the natural place from which you live, listen, and respond.

Rather than viewing God as distant, you’ll discover what it means to experience Him as continually present and actively involved in your daily life. Together we’ll explore how God communicates through pictures, dreams, visions, spiritual discernment, and prophetic encounters, while remaining firmly grounded in Scripture.

A key focus of this year is understanding the profound truth found in 1 Corinthians 6:17–19—that our spirit is joined to the Spirit of God. Through practical teaching, discussion, and hands-on activation, you’ll learn how to live from that union instead of simply believing it as a theological concept.

Dreams: A New Dimension

One of the exciting new areas introduced in Year 2 is the world of dreams.

God often speaks while we sleep, yet many believers never learn how to recognize or remember what they’ve been given. Research shows that everyone dreams every night—often for more than an hour. The challenge isn’t whether we dream; it’s learning to remember, discern, and steward those dreams well.

Throughout the year, you’ll develop practical tools to improve dream recall and begin recognizing how God may be communicating through your nighttime experiences.

Throughout Year 2 You’ll Learn to:

  • Deepen your fellowship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • Live daily from your union with God’s Spirit.
  • Recognize God’s voice through pictures, dreams, visions, and spiritual discernment.
  • Grow in confidence as you respond to the Holy Spirit in everyday life.
  • Develop practical habits for remembering and understanding dreams.
  • Build meaningful relationships through weekly discussion and prayer in small groups.
  • Continue growing in a Christ-centered, Scripture-based prophetic lifestyle.

Further In and Further Up isn’t simply another course—it’s an invitation to experience a deeper walk with God, allowing His presence to become the place from which you live every day.

 

Before You Register

Prerequisite:
 Completion of Samuel’s Mantle Year 1 is required before enrolling in Year 2.

Registration Deadline:
 Registration will remain open until October 22, 2026. After that (following Class 5), new students will have missed too much of the course to join.

Weekly Teaching:
 Murray Dueck will teach live via Zoom each week. Every class will also be recorded and uploaded to the private Facebook group, allowing you to review the teaching or catch up on any sessions you may have missed.

Connection & Prayer:
 Most weeks will include Zoom breakout rooms, providing an opportunity to connect, build relationships, and pray together in smaller groups.

After You Register:
 Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive:

  • The Zoom link (the same link will be used each week)
  • Access to the private Facebook group
  • Course updates and recordings throughout the year

Course Donation:
 Samuel’s Mantle is offered on a donation basis. We invite you to prayerfully consider what you feel led to give toward this year’s training. As Samuel’s Mantle Training Society is a registered Canadian charity, donation receipts for eligible gifts will be emailed in February for the previous calendar year.
