Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the items, although often delivery
time is much less than this.  We will check on the status of an order ONLY
if it has been OVER 4 weeks since it was placed. 

Faulty Product or Error in Order:  Contact us or

happy to help.

Order Changes:  If the order has already been shipped, we would be
unable to change it. But, Contact us or call
604 855 3409 and we'll try to help in any way we can.

Payment Method:  For classes, please see our payment options on the
classes page.  For books, DVDs and CDs, we accept Visa, Matercard,
Amex, and paypal and we take cheques or money orders from Canada
or USA.  The product will be shipped once the cheque or money order
has cleared the bank.

Overseas orders
Classes can be downloaded anywhere.  If you would like to order books,
DVDs or CDs, either Contact us or call
604 855 3409 and we'll answer any of your questions. 

Shipping Charges: are averages based on weight categories and distances
shipped and include handling fees.

Bulk Orders: We have bulk/wholesale prices for stored and ministries.  Please

Returns Policy
You may return this order, excluding classes, sold by Samuel's Mantle within
30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not reimburse shipping costs

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Warranties or Guarantees
We do not express or imply any warranties or guarantees on any items except when expressed by the manufacturer.

Returned Checks
All NSF checks will be subject to a $25.00
charge back fee.

Fees
Fees are charged on a semester basis,
NOT on a monthly basis.  . 

Monthly payments must be made with either post dated cheques or credit card.

Returns for Samuel's Mantle Online will be calculated based on the date the first download was made available, to the date written notice of a request for withdrawl is made.  One month written notice is required for refunds.   No partial months are refunded. 

Email or hand written notice is accepted as written notice.
